Progettazione e reparto reproLa progettazione riveste una importanza primaria in quella che sarà la qualità del prodotto finito. In questa fase vengono realizzati i prototipi in base alle richieste ricevute.

La A. De Robertis, per meglio seguire le richieste dei Clienti, già dal 1991 si è dotata di un sistema grafico computerizzato per la progettazione di astucci.

Progettazione e reparto reproAd approvazione ricevuta, tutti i dati vengono inviati online al reparto Repro per l'esecuzione dell'impianto stampa e, via modem, ai fustellifici per la realizzazione al laser delle fustelle.
STAMPA

Nel reparto stampa sono operative 3 moderne linee in formato 100x140 per la stampa e la verniciatura UV degli stampati.

Inoltre è presente una linea in formato 59x74 a 5 colori con vernice all'acqua per poter meglio seguire la Clientela che necessita di piccole tirature senza rinunciare alla qualità.

Interfacciato con le macchine da stampa, esegue il controllo densitometrico dei colori in linea e la correzione automatica dei calamai garantendo, durante tutta la lavorazione, la corrispondenza dei colori agli standards di riferimento.

PLANNING AND REPRO DEPARTMENTPlanning has a primary importance for the final goods' quality. In this stage the prototypes are produced according to the received requests.

Since 1991 A. DE ROBERTIS has been equipped with a new graphic computer system for the planning of boxes in order to better conform to our customers' requests.
Progettazione e reparto reproOnce we get the approval, all the data are transmitted online to the Repro department for the realization of the printing plant and, by modem, to the cutting and creasing machines for the realization of the dies by laser.
PRINTING

In the printing department there are 3 modern lines in 100 x 140 size for the printing and the UV varnishing of the printing stock.

Furthermore there is a 5 colour and emulsion varnish line in 59 x 74 size to better answer to our customers' requests for small runs without renouncing to the quality.

Connected with printing machines it makes the densitometric control of line's colours and the automatic correction of ink pans, warranting the correspondence of print's colours with the used standards during all the line production.
